This is far from a luxury hotel with very shady practices. Do not waste your time or money. My vacation was ruined, nothing was as advertised, 3 restaurants not 6, no top shelf liquor, No gym, you will not get the room you paid for, I witnessed 4 people being told the room they paid for was unavailable but they could pay more for a more expensive room. No robes, no communication with front desk, they have NDA’s on hand, you will never be given what you ordered on time, staff work around the clock, no ocean view, talk about guest in Spanish, no hotel entertainment, no transportation, unclean pool, rude management team, unresponsive inattentive unsafe, avoid this place at all cost.
