A nice spot in PDL

The team at the hotel was extremely proactive in their communication (reaching out via WhatsApp 1 week before with entry codes) and very kind during the stay. They are only on aite from 9-5 so that is something people should be aware of. We stayed in the family unit with 2 bedrooms which is a semi-basement so it definitely had a smell of musk but extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. I wish the upstairs room had its own bathroom or even a sink/garbage pail but it was workable for sure. The pool area is very small but well maintained. My main recommendation would be to add a nespresso machine to the units because everyone going outside to the main machine is not very practical in the morning. Great location to walk around!

Excellent option in PD for a small apartment. Stayed here three times now. Staff friendly. Close to the city centre but quiet and clean. This time we were sad that the resident cat was removed from the garden, it was friendly and made the place feel like home from home. The hot water supply could be a bit hotter. But overall it’s a great accommodation option with great people. And a really cute breakfast basket delivered each day.

We liked the Casa da Contador very much. It’s an old school - an amazing building. We had a T1 suite which had a door separating a generous sized bed and bath from the kitchen/dining sofa room. Good sized closet. I am rating 4 stars due to a tiny bathroom that was difficult to maneuver and it being 41/2 flights up to the 2nd floor. Parking is easy enough to not be an issue. Breakfast was okay and nice to have.
