The location is very convenient as it's just a 5 mins walk to the Liverpool Street Station with different dining and shopping choices. Staff at reception were really friendly and helpful and worth a 5-star rating. The room I took was budget friendly so it was relatively small but sufficient for a solo traveler. There were small dirt stains on towels and bedsheets but otherwise the room was clean
No tea or coffee in room but disappointed. Very small room I couldn’t walk around bed had to climb over it. Got room at 2.30pm not before unless you parted with £15 plus £3 to hold bags.

All good for a short stay!
I booked a double room for myself. It is big enough for one person but maybe a bit too small for a couple. Comfort good, bed comfortable, warm duvet.

Great service and clean room
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and very modern and perfect location for exploring Shoreditch and Spital Fields.

Comfortable enough, but improvements needed
We enjoyed this hotel the first time we stayed here but this recent day was a little bit disappointing. Staff were not particularly communicative with us and didn’t tell us what time checkout was or how to get onto the Wi-Fi.
The room was also very hot and the Aircon controls didn’t seem to work and we were missing our TV remote.
The hotel also needs to get rid of the policy to charge people to leave their bags there after check out. We have already paid for a hotel stay and on top of that they charged us £6 altogether to leave two of our bags in the baggage hold room for a couple of hours- this is quite unfair and not something that any other hotel we’ve stayed at in London does. Please consider stopping this.

Clean but small
The room was a bit small so we kept bumping into things. However the room was clean and useable just a bit pricey for the space.
The only real issue we had was with the AC. It did work well but the controls were terrible. Originally I just wanted to turn it off for the night but it wouldn't. So I tried reducing the fan and the increasing the temperature a bit but couldn't feel a distinct difference from the unit. Thankfully the bed covers were enough. But then in the morning the unit turned off while we were getting breakfast. But I wanted it on to keep the room temp down while in the shower and nothing I did on the control panel had any effect. It is a bit of a nit pick but given we couldn't open the window it was quite irritating.
