The staff don’t know English and that was the worst stay as it was first day of my trip and at breakfast place all the things got meat or egg in it and I have requested to cook without that but their staff denied to do that. As I have spent long time in China and every hotel have the breakfast facility and they always helped their customers by offering whatever is possible. I have stayed last time at Baolilai International Hotel, Crown plaza and some other places and no one even denied to cook something without egg or chicken. Because of this we didn’t go to breakfast place and they have charged for water as well as all the hotels always have 2 bottles of water free every day. Last but not least the place was noisy and escalators was super slow and they got two and one of them not working and always have to wait for long.
