I think for families visiting this property, the highlight is the water park and kids club. The kids show we attended was fun. Our room was clean and had a nice view. We were not greeted on arrival and our check in process was quick. The food is average. Probably would try another hotel next time we visit Puerto Vallarta.

Gardens were beautiful, staff very nice. Main dining outdated and choices were okay. Japanese style restaurant was our favourite. The room was okay as our shower door was difficult to close and the patio door didn’t lock and the toilet didn’t always flush properly. Many families with children as I think it’s a good place for them. Nightly shows across the street at the theatre were great-lots of variety with very talented dancers.
