One of the best hotels I’ve stayed while visiting New York, subway 9 min walk away so many shops and eatery just around the corner and the hotel and staff was AMAZING my room was cleaned as soon as I left out even just for coffee I will book here from now on

The hotel is fine and the price quite good. However, its location is not the best. It is right next to very busy train lines, so pack some ear plugs. Also, it is separated from Court Sq; to get there, and to the subway, you walk a couple blocks (deserted at night) and walk over a long bridge. If the location were better, I'd give the place five stars. I was stranded at LaGuardia and needed a place to stay, so it was fine.

To sum it up, we loved our stay and we will surely comeback and recommend the place. Staff: Very friendly and accommodating. Luis helped us with navigation and suggested places to go and as well as the best route to take. Cleanliness: They keep it clean 👍 They also have a 24 hours tea and coffee station.
