The hotel was nice. The only thing I would improve on was the trash in the parking lot. Also, the cobblestone entrance under the carport made it difficult to enter since I am handicapped and use a walker.

Check in person not rude, but not friendly. I think they are still taking advantage of COVID. There was no maid service, or cleaning of the room. Had to put trash out of room - and request and pick up towels. Had to go to front desk for toilet paper. The morning breakfast was a joke. They were out of the few items that they had put out early with no restocking for those eating a little later. The juice was watered down and only had apple juice spigot working. The only thing they had was a waffle maker which everyone used and the wait to use it was long. If you like coffee - sorry - the coffee was the worst I have had at any hotel - this coffee tasted like it came from a vending machine. On check out, the manager did not ask about my stay and did not thank me for staying. Have stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and was pleased with it then. I checked into another hotel later that day and had no problems like all the ones I just discussed. The breakfast was a brown bag breakfast but was more than adequate.

Management was rude. Called to see if I was coming because they wanted to sell my rooms. I booked this stay specifically for the breakfast included as we were there for a softball tournament. Breakfast was “closed” early both days (over 30 mins the first day and an hour difference the second day) and they would not allow us to eat even when the food was still out was told it was closed. Did not care that it had happened the day before he claimed he wasn’t there and couldn’t answer for the early closure the day before and that management got the times wrong for that day even though he was management. There were ants in our room. We got in late after game (1 am) and out key cards didn’t work. I walked down three times to get them reset. After the 3rd attempt and 40 mins later he had to get the main fob and let us in our rooms. Was suppose to have néw cards under our door the next morning. There was nothing. Morning management claimed we were doing it wrong (same guy who told me breakfast was closed and wouldn’t let me or my kids eat). He gave me new cards that didn’t work and he had to bring main fob up and let us back in our room. Called corporate and told us it would be 7-10 days before we heard from anyone.

We don’t usually stay at La Quinta but this hotel was very very nice. It was in a good part of town and was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again when in the Tulsa area.
