The hotel is not well managed. The reception is very poor and not in tune with the modern day hospitality service business. The payment I made couldn't be accounted for, and the reception blamed Expedia. No competent person to even understand how online hotel booking works. My balance is still with them, and no explanations frm them. The hotel is generally very unfriendly and Expedia should save unsuspecting customers from these types of hotels by expunge it from your list of hotels.
