Apartment, was updated, well apointed, and in a terrific location in Porto, close to restaurants, historic sites, the river and wine/port district. Apartment had a leaky hot water heater that we had to bail multiple times a day to keep from overflowing and spotty Wi-Fi coverage throughout the apartment.

Localização central

Nossos dias foram ótimos. A localização é bem central. Tem bares, restaurantes e pubs na rua mas não nos perturbou pois o nosso flat era virado pra outra rua. Simples mas bem funcional o apartamento tem uma varandinha tranquila e ótima para um tomar um vinho. Todos os aparelhos disponíveis funcionando bem. Box pequeno mas chuveiro muito bom. Dicas: o acesso é por escadas, vc deve deixar caução no check in e taxa de limpeza. O atendimento de Miguel foi excelente. Recomendo o Liiiving Cléricos.

Heerlijk plekje! Midden in het historische centrum maar toch rustig. 's Ochtends vers brood halen, dan 'thuis' ontbijten (kan op balkon), en vervolgens op pad: de stad verkennen, de omgeving, plaatsjes in de buurt. Gaat heel gemakkelijk: te voet, metro, bus of trein. Prima startplek dus, en fijne thuisplek. Zeer geschikt ook om met kinderen te verblijven. Twee verrukkelijke weken gehad!

Lovely Oporto

The taxi dropped us at the end of the street and pointed us in the right direction. There was a note on the door with a number to ring, the lady (Joana) on the line pressed a button and we should have been able to open the door, it's the first time we have used this way of accommodation rental, it failed and she came to meet us- only 5 minutes away. The apartment was lovely, well laid out and comfortable, we had the ground floor with the garden area which was lovely. Porto is a great city to visit with lots of interest and easy to get about. Trams on time, comfortable, easy system to use with helpful staff on hand. Joana from liiiving was very helpful when we contacted her for various things.

Centralt og godt rum

Fint værelse/lejlighed som ligger meget centralt i Porto. Dog var rummet noget køligt og varme apparatet larmede en del når det kørte. Kunne sagtens vælge at bo der igen

Great location

Very nice place within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars you could imagine! Definitely recommend for a short stay in Porto. You can even use your phone to open the doors instead of carrying keys around!

Lindo apartamento, pero los alrededores ......

El apartamento esta bien ubicado, a pocos metros de la estación de tren y metro Sao Bento. Cómodo y limpio. Aún cuando se paga por el servicio de limpieza, ésta se brinda solo a petición. Nos quedamos una semana y tuvimos que solicitar cambio de toallas y más papel higiénico, el cual nos fue brindado de manera rápida, pero no deja de ser un detalle a considerar a futuro (la cantidad de días de estadía). En el día se camina con seguridad por la zona, llena de tiendas, panaderías, y lugares para tomar un café, un helado o un rico almuerzo. EL PUNTO NEGRO, es la noche .... en los alrededores operan varios bares y una discoteca que hacen ruido de madrugada, y peor si es fin de semana. Salimos domingo temprano y nos topamos con las calles verdaderamente sucias después de la fiesta. Una lástima.

Lovely room but bring mosquito spray!

The room was lovely, even nicer than the photos but we couldn’t sleep well at all due to mosquitos flying around, I counted over 25 bites on my body as did my partner. We were warned when getting the keys that there is a mosquito problem, yet they did not spray the room beforehand despite being aware of the problem. The walls were covered in dried blood where previous guests had obviously splatted the mosquitos on the wall. The room was also too hot to sleep in and only one small pillow each which didn’t even fit the bed properly. So although we were advised to keep the windows closed to keep the mosquitos out the fan provided with the room was nowhere near adequate enough to keep the room cool as the apartment had no built in air con installed. There is also no luggage store so you have to go to a nearby shop which costs 5 euro per item for 4+ hours. It was a shame as the staff were so friendly and helpful and the room itself was lovely.

What a lovely place in a great town. Amazing service by Eva. They also have a very smart app with things to do and places to visit. Would definitely recommend it.
