Regardless of all the ridiculous reviews I read. The staff was awesome and attentive. The rooms are a little outdated but clean. The size of the space for the price and location during the On Season was very reasonable. Being just a few steps to the beach and broad walk easy great. We’ll book there again

I loved the fact the beach is right there!! The area was quiet and had a lot to offer. Follow the signs to the office when you get there or you will be lost. The office is in its own building and you have to pay for parking.

It was just a room. There were no batteries in the smoke detector, the connecting doors were painted shut and the door didn’t always shut/lock when we were leaving. We would have to slam the door, multiple times to get it to latch. Television didn’t work with the remote. Front desk was no help and there were no utensils for breakfast. We used coffee stirrers to put jam on our toast and cream cheese on the bagels. The pool area was clean

Nothing is handy cap accessable!!! There are steps to go in to every room. You need help every time you want to leave your room! And they are not there at night. Wheelchairs are not welcome in the breakfast room We paid for a superer king room, ocean view. They gave us the studio, facing the street.
