the hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. it was nice to have a laundry room. The breakfast was okay. The only issue we had was the bed was very hard, it was like sleeping on the floor.

会員にならないとチェックインの時間が1時間差がつくのが頻繁に旅行するわけじゃないので会員になるのもタダじゃないのでどうにかならないものか…札幌のホテルには何度か宿泊してますが初めてだったので。ロビーでチェックインの時間まで待ちました… チェックインした時のスタッフ以外は皆さんとても丁寧に対応してくださりました。 朝食は利用しませんでしたがまた宿泊する機会があれば利用しようと思います。
