The apartment had a million dollar view of Brisbane river. It was close to the hospital for my son appointment, it’s also close to public transport.

Dated , unkept apartment, no tv reception in living room, tv not connected in bed room , main bed spongy , fold out bed damaged , had to put mattress on floor, air cons noisy require servicing , DVD player & sound bar are decorative only not connected to anything , someone’s underwear left in dryer.
Positive great location , onsite parking , great shower

Best view in town!
I was looking for a view and a pool for a relaxing few days back in the City with my son and River Plaza Apartments did not disappoint! Our 1bed apartment was fresh and clean, spacious, with sofa bed in the loungeroom and had a view to die for! Situated right next to the footbridge in Sth Bank it was a fantastic location with ferry almost at your front door, Sth Banks parks, beach, train station, cafes and restaurants all just minutes away on foot and across the footbridge in 10mins you are in the heart of the City and Botanic Gardens with walks and bikes and whatever else you might be looking for.
We can't wait to stay again!
Only thing missing was ceiling fans! Not wanting to close everything up and put the air con on, especially while sleeping, fans would be a great asset. Also absolutely NOWHERE to hang your towel in the bathroom.

The property itself is fine, however to not have A?C in the bedroom is not good enough. Not only that but the fan in the bedroom did not have a control so was inopperable.

We didn’t end up staying we handed back the keys 20mins after getting in the room it was dirty it smelt badly dints in the wall and all over the fridge. We still have been charged for the stay and we request a refund straight away. The photos on your website are misleading and is false advertising if we do not get a refund we will be taking this matter further for false advertising.
