It is not a good experience living in here. Unexpected charges from them. (Give them USD$8 dollar for unclear purpose fee.) The room is very small for three people. I got the key from the locker (4-digits password) in front of the door. The 4-digits password is given by the security in the envelope after I give him USD$8.

Worst customer service. Entitled managers
Eliza at the front desk is the rudest, least competent employee I have ever dealt with. She refuses to do her job unless you essentially beg her. After I called down to complain about noise and request that she call the people above me to deal with the issue, she called me back FOUR times to yell at me and tell me she would only do what I asked if I made the request on her terms using the words she wanted. When I called hotels.com to get a refund for the night, Eliza came up with a false version of events. Utterly incompetent staff who clearly has a chip on their shoulder because they are minimum wage employees
Family staying in manhatten Midtown
The overall stay was nice in terms of location and cleanliness. However the customer service was poor and it gets very noisy at night but that is expected from staying in Midtown. It would also help if they provided more showers and toilet cubicules .Besides from that is the fact that it is a 5 minute walk away from times square and the empire state building it is a nice spot for a tourist who only has a short time to visit. Note that they don't provide free wifi ,luggage storage and early check in and late check out.
