Treated Like Family
The manager called me when we were late for our check in and helped me deal with a very stressful car rental issue. She then made us food after the kitchen was technically closed (we were that pitiful) and then proceeded to give us a a slew of advice that turned out to be, yet again, miraculously helpful. It has been a rough start to our trip and this is one of the only bright spots. Great place to stay as jump off from the airport to Tulum.

We needed a nice, less expensive place near the airport due to an early morning flight. We stayed on Isla Mujeres prior. I went off the reviews and it was all accurate. It’s a beautiful, quiet & secure place to relax. If you don’t have your own car there is minimal options for getting food and drink. One place will deliver but no alcohol or wine. Prepare prior to arrival & you will be set!

We began and ended our brief Yucatan trip here. Marta and the other hostesses were very helpful in getting us to and from the airport and the museum.

Was a clean safe place close to airport. Nice quiet room, descent price. There's no pool or restaurant so bring some snacks. I only recommend this place for single night stays if you're flying out early.

The staff were very nice. The place was very nice and clean and quiet. There were no elevators and the location was not near restaurants. The continental breakfast was good and they ordered food and cervaza's in for us. Otherwise an oasis.
