Hotels apparently overbooked so I was turned away with absolutely no effort from them to contact hotels.com or offer any alternatives. I will mot use Hotels.com again

The elevator smells terrible and every time we walked into our room it smelled like cigarettes. The shower felt like we were going to fall through every time we used it. Would not stay here again.

Perfect for me. Like full size refrigerator and hot plate. Very clean . No noise from rooms next to me. Did hear little interstate noise. Heat/air conditioner was quiet. Was concerned with only 1 elevator but no problem at all. Price was perfect … hotel in a business park like area so quiet.

We stayed at Woodspring Suites for 10 Days, not once did they clean my room (room service). All their advertisements say they clean biweekly, Wrong!! When I asked the front desk out it, they told me I have to request my room to be clean. So I requested my room to be cleaned, three days later still not done. I spoke with the room service lady myself, she told me if I stay two weeks I get room service. The front desk hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, I had to go to a convenience store to buy toilet paper, because it was after hours and our room had not been cleaned or serviced. Not a pleasant stay!!!!

No help from front desk, no towels Sunday, no one to call for towels. Bed had hair and stains when we went in, tried to call front desk and no one was there

Called me 10 minutes before they closed while I was at dinner then cancelled my room because I couldnt make it to check in before 10pm (leaving dinner and going to the hotel would have been at lease 15) then because I wasnt there they cancelled my whole stay because they had overbooked the next night. Then to make it all even better they still tried to charge me for the 2 nights I didnt sleep there Avoid at all cost

The worst hotel ever. If you want to get the worst customer service ever, stay in this hotel. I stayed there 12 nights and got almost zero services, not more than the regular cleaning on day 5. No coffee, no breakfast, nothing at all. The worst thing in this experience is the rude African American lady in the front desk (the big lady, I do not remember her name). She refused to print some documents for me because she did not have access to email, when I said I can give her the documents on a memory stick to print, she also refused without any reason. She also decided to punish me by charging me 160% of the regular room charge because I decided to leave early, but I fixed this with Hotels.com where I made the original reservation, and I got refunded the whole amount. The bottom line, if you are looking for bad experience and the worst customer service, go to this hotel

There was NO coffee maker - the room was great but no coffee service and the main lobby didn't open until late. So I was without my morning coffee which makes for a scary person.

Horrible customer service frontdesk women was more concerned with being on her phone then helping us check in we were also charged for days we didnt stay there will never stay with any of these hotels within their chain due to this experience in Centennial Colorado
