We were four friends enjoying life after COVID. This place was truly nice, clean, and the staff was beyond nice. They were courteous, helpful and uplifting.

The end door did not open with door key. We drove around after i ask the man at the desk if it would be convenient to park at the end not near front door. Then had to walk back around to open the door for wife and luggage. I am not whinning, i recently had back surgery. Mobility is difficult. Coffee was terrible.

When I first arrived for a 2 night stay, the room that I was given was dirty & hadn’t been cleaned. I went back downstairs with luggage in tow & requested another room. The manager after checking another room to see if it had been cleaned, assigned a new room to me. The rooms are very spacious but there were old soaps in the soap dish & used shampoo & conditioner bottles. I turned in towels and wash cloths and was told replacements would be put in my room. They replaced them with 2 washcloths & 2 hand towels. No bath towels. Upon returning around midnight that night I find that my key card no longer works. I return to the lobby & there was no night manager to be found. Another gentleman & I waited approximately 20 minutes for someone to appear. This night manager was rude to me & the other gentleman & to a few other guests. Treated us as if we were problems he did not want to deal with. Kept saying we were being rude with our comments to him and I can assure you that I nor anyone else was rude to this man. He definitely needed an attitude adjustment tho. I got my key card fixed & walked away. He refused to give the other gentleman a room stating that he didn’t have to give him a room because he had been so rude and ugly, This gentleman was not any of those. He was very calm. I talked with the manager the next day & reported this person. The manager refunded my money for the previous nights stay & said she would speak to the night person immediately. Check in early!

I've stayed here previously and was never disappointed. My check in took 30 minutes due to server being down. No fault of the hotel, but all I got in the end was " I'm sorry about that" Maybe it was because I went through a third party but I would have taken some percentage off or something! My food had gotten cold and then the minute I passed through the lobby, got to my room; called me to come back to sign receipt! I'm just going to call this a bad luck when I checked in cause I loved this hotel! There was one lady who was super sweet and apologized early on! I wish I knew her name!

Room seemed new and clean. Only issues was check-in and the clerk. She had a horrible attitude. Told us we did not have a reservation. Showed her our confirmation, still denied we had a reservation. I saw my husband's name on the arrival list in front of her, which she never checked. I had to point it out to her. She then claimed the Jr was put in the wrong spot and that it was our error. Which was not the case. No apologies. The phone rang and she pretty much yelled at the person on the other line instead of a greeting. She made a comment about Expedia probably being run by Indians and the manager's name was of Indian origin. Not culturally sensitive or professional.
