OVERNIGHT
There is nothing exceptional about the place so perhaps not for a special occasion. Having said this its of a good standard, a good size clean room with plenty of coffee etc, decent quality and a reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. No onsite parking but car parks (paid) nearby. We used it as an overnight stop on our journey up to Scotland. Would happily stay again.

Warm welcome in the heart of Kirkby Lonsdale
Very lively and popular pub. Our room was all done up and modern. Large comfortable and very clean. Staff were very helpful, lovely and fun. Food was good.

We didn’t get to go on the weekend away because of a family death contacted hotels .com didn’t want to know would cancel. R booking and wouldn’t give us any money back. Nothing to do with the red dragon hotel .hotels .com .shocking service wont b booking with the ever again

Super Red Dragon Inn
The best in the village. We have stayed in a few hotel in Carnforth and Kirkby Lonsdale, but the Red Dragon inn, is now at the top of our list. Covid ready, comfortable room big bathroom, very clean, the person who welcomed us took our luggage to our room. Food was delicious and plentiful, all the staff were friendly and professional.

Friendly, helpful staff and very nice food. Good variety of food for breakfast and generous with tea / coffee. We also ate our evening meal there which was also very good. The nearest car park was only short stay but we managed to get street parking about 5 minutes walk away.
