This hotel left a terrible taste in my partner and I’d mouths. My partner acquired covid and they refused to give us a refund which is extremely distasteful no matter which way you look at it. The staff lacked empathy for our situation and kept telling us “don’t worry” when we were scrambling trying to figure out what to do. From what I could see their staff had no experience dealing with someone who is ill, and could not provide straight answers to what we should do. The owner is apparently a doctor, therefore you’d expect an above and beyond understanding of our circumstance but sadly we got the complete opposite. I rarely review places negatively and choose to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this hotel is a sad disgrace for a ‘hospitable’ place. On another note they are currently doing renovations which were very loud, cleanliness was not up to par and the property has definitely dated from the pictures.
