Check in was difficult. We were told we could have early check in until that changed the day of. When arriving we couldn't get into the building without calling for someone from the office to come out. We couldn't park anywhere while checking in. The lifts didn't work from the basement so I had to walk up 3 levels of the carpark carrying luggage, and the entry into the garage was crawling with maggots and the smell from the bin area was revolting. The bed was so worn out it felt like sleeping on a water bed, there were used pods in the coffee maker and the grate was missing from the floor waste in the bathroom which was incredibly dangerous as I almost stepped in it getting out of the shower. Overall a really disappointing stay, especially considering the price. We won't be back.
