Do not stay here. None of this will come as a surprise to the hotel staff - Detroit was lovely with the exception of every interaction with The Siren Hotel. The staff is undertrained and therefore extremely rude. No fridge, closet or robes in the room. Valet parking averaged 30 minutes to get your car and you can’t call down to start the process. When I went to the front desk and said that I thought I was in the wrong room because it wasn’t 300 sq as listed, they said “oh yeah it’s 220. We round up” I could go on with no amenities, broken wifi and no preferred treatment in the bar as a guest. We did have great experiences at the Shinola Hotel and will stay there next trip.
