the window has broken and cannot close the window our room in second floor. it is very noisy. there's a 24 hours bar at ground floor just under our room. it is like sleeping in the bar. the hotel cannot fix the widow and there is no room to change for us

no muy conforme
en la pagina se menciona que tienen aguas embotelladas gratiutas, no cual no es asi.. sale que tiene vista al campo de golf lo cual tampoco fue asi, que te pasan toallas las vuales eran pequeñisimas para manos no de cuerpo, una ventana que daba hacia la primera avenida no tenia el vidrio por ende el ruido de afuera y el frio( justo nos tocaron dias super helados) fue horrible...

Dos Mares, das älteste Hotel Cardenas...
...und das merkt man auch. Wasserschäden an der Decke, klemmende Zimmertür, ramponierte Schwingtürenfenster. Gut: Kabelfernsehen mit modernem Flatscreenmonitor, heißes Wasser 24h, Eingang bewacht 24h, fairer Geldwechselservice an der Rezeption, günstige Hotelbar 24h. Schrecklich: das Hotelrestaurant. Continental Breakfast ist das Geld nicht wert (5 Cuc). Kaffee aus dem Automaten schmeckt verbrannt, Butter nur sehr selten, weder Honig noch Konfitüre, einmal gab es kein Brot, die meiste Zeit war es trocken wie Keks. Saft grundsätzlich mit Wasser gestreckt. 300m weiter im 24h Schnellrestaurant frühstückt man für 2 Cuc besser!

Resulta que llego al Hotel dos mares, donde reservé! Y llegó y me cambian de hotel porque resulta que ya no hay habitaciones disponibles en el hotel, me mandan a otro llamado Pullman que según son de los mismos dueños. Pero da coraje que tú pagas un hotel y resulte que te mandan a otro

Ok boende för det priset
Ok boende för det priset. Frukosten sådär, fanns inga tepåsar under våra 5 frukostar. En dag fanns det inget bröd. Luktade mögel i vårt rum. Bra WIfi nere i baren och utanför.Fick huvudvärk som försvann när vi åkte därifrån.

Noisy and dirty hotel. Full boarding is a joke
What a dreadful place! There were pee on the toilet seat in my room! There is mold in the shower. The windows in the rooms DO NOT CLOSE, which means that you will hear everything that is going on in the busy street. They showed me 5 different rooms and none of them had windows that closed. The street is busy and it gets loud at night. There is no keys to the safe in the rooms. The receptionist told me they are all lost, but I should "not worry about theft"... I had opted for the full board not to have to worry about food. The menu has a dozen options (same everyday), but the lobster is not included, and there were 4 other dishes that were "not available". When I arrived, they told me my reservation was for breakfast only. I had to go and purchase an Internet card to prove them otherwise. The bar downstairs is full of loud, smoking people whom you will hear from your room. Make yourself a favor and book either a guest room (there are plenty on-site or on Airbnb) or if you can afford it, book a better hotel.

Once I got to this hotel at 12 noon yes earlier than the checkin time I was greeted with we you can’t checkin until 4, the staff were rude unhelpful and I was given a room 3 blocks away from where I had booked. It was full of bugs and hadn’t been cleaned. I walked back asked to be moved which they did. It I checked out the following morning. I’m get to get my money back. Expedia take it off your website it’s horrible.
