Very clean and pretty hotel, but it is weird not having any window in the room.. also, the furniture in the small room seems too large for the size of the room Very hard to manage with two suitcases.

The guy was useless to me. There was no elliptical and no dumbbells above 10 kg. I was also unable to use the computers/printer for what I needed. I was attempting to print a statement from my broker accounts and receive a message that the security settings didn’t allow that. The in-room Wi-Fi was slow.

Beautiful elegant hotel. Great location. Good all around experience. Really enjoyed the people breakfast the coffee shop the gift shop. Quiet for a good night’s sleep.

This is a romantic hotel in a perfect location -- right in the middle of the best part of the old town. The breakfast room is beautiful and the food was quite plentiful and good. We also enjoyed sitting on the chairs out front on the square. i didn't love the fact that the room windows just face the internal hotel atrium, not outside. Though some other rooms do (though its possible they could face noise problems from the lively square at night). We did feel that the shower was rather small, and the water flowed onto the bathroom floor. The hotel did put a towel down there to address this design flaw. Also the way they make their beds isn't ideal for couples. Each side of the bed has separate sheets and comforters on top, so it's great for couples who don't want to be near each other! However when we asked the hotel to re-do the bed with one sheet/comforter covering the whole thing, they were very happy to do so.
