I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it’s ideally located for Camden Market, the Round House, or Primrose Hill. Hampstead and the City are just a short direct tube ride away on the Northern line, making it a very practical base for both work and tourism.
That said, my big disappointment was that the hotel does not provide breakfast before 9am. So that’s a no-go if you’re using it for business. Local cafés in Primrose Hill don’t serve food before 9am either. I did find a greasy spoon cafe further down towards Camden, but the quality wasn’t great.
The room itself was pleasant, recently redecorated and clean. The lift is so slow that you can walk up the stairs to the top floor faster than it can go down one floor! and i’m no sportsman. But clearly, if you have luggage, it’s a nice plus.
Overall I will stay again if the need arises - you just need to make your own breakfast plans.
