Just one night. I paid extea for a courtyard view, it was a joke, the view was nothing. I chanched rooms and the bathroom door wa broken, it would not close, the pbone didnt work when we needed to call the front desk and the water came out of the faucet very milky. Wint stay again. Considering the gym, pools and breakfast was not in service their should of been a discount.

Do not stay at this place. Our key card did not work and there was nobody on the property at 9 PM. I made several calls and cannot get a hold of anybody therefore had to go to a different hotel to spend the night. Horrible service how they left us stranded out there and all of our belongings were still in the room. There were two others families that had the same problem.

They were closed and we didn’t get to check in and stay! Slept in our car!!

OK for a place to sleep. Maintenance is marginal. Tub and sink drains a problem, one bar of soap for a 2 queen room, etc.

Hotel is within walking distance to everything. Never used the car once.

Good location, literally a block away from good restaurants and most stores

Had to call cops because next door lady was yelling and screaming. Phone didn’t work and could not find security. Room smelt and no shower curtain for shower. Whole service for faculty was horrible experience. Will not book again.

The front desk agent was amazing for 2 women traveling. He took all of the proper safety precautions and he was SO accommodating. It's also really close to downtown for the price and really clean!

The sheets and towels had blood stains on them. The chair was filthy and stained. Overall room was dirty. Outside was unsafe, I did not go out of my room after dark and was glad I got there before dark. It seemed like there were a lot of drug deals happening at this hotel. Totally unsafe. Blocked my door with the chair and put toilet paper in the peep hole of the door. Glad I woke up alive.

Super-close to great Palm Springs spots and lots of comfy pillows.
