    Sucky stay

    Had to call cops because next door lady was yelling and screaming. Phone didn’t work and could not find security. Room smelt and no shower curtain for shower. Whole service for faculty was horrible experience. Will not book again.

    The front desk agent was amazing for 2 women traveling. He took all of the proper safety precautions and he was SO accommodating. It's also really close to downtown for the price and really clean!

    Don’t stay here

    The sheets and towels had blood stains on them. The chair was filthy and stained. Overall room was dirty. Outside was unsafe, I did not go out of my room after dark and was glad I got there before dark. It seemed like there were a lot of drug deals happening at this hotel. Totally unsafe. Blocked my door with the chair and put toilet paper in the peep hole of the door. Glad I woke up alive.

    Very tired, worn-out property. Outdated decor, minimal comfort. Loud housekeeping staff early in the morning; carts echo in hall. Staff was friendly. Ok for a no-frills stay. Lock all doors!! Sketchy people wandering in parking lot.

    Dirty Deal

    Graffiti on elevator, back flowing toilets, unclean room......it goes on. We housed our friends here for two days, ouch, BIG MISTAKE. This is when a deal is NO DEAL.

    Horrible service ripped off fraud on debit card

    Well for starters it reeked like cigarette smoke when it’s supposed to be non smoking hotel. To my make matters worse, the door key didn’t work very well. Had to try several times to unlock the door. Then, we noticed there’s a coffee maker in the room but NO coffee whatsoever. When we went to the front desk to ask for some, the unprofessional front desk guy’s response was “we don’t have any”. I’ve never in my life has any hotel say they don’t have any coffee..especially in the morning! It’s bad enough not getting our free breakfast that quality inn usually offers, but isn’t offering in lots of locations because of the China virus, but coffee?! No Coffee bags in the rooms or front desk?! Unacceptable. Then we were ripped off on our debit card. This was a prepaid stay from hotels.com and most was rewarded as free night. But when we returned home, noticed 118.00 charge directly from quality inn Palm Springs!! Not hotels.com but the hotel itself! We immediately called the hotel and spoke to FD. He stated at first that he didn’t see any charges on his end..then later said it must have been a deposit that would reimbursed. Checked back & saw it reduced to 68.00 but still there. So we called back and spoke to a Todd and he said he had no idea what we were taking about; that no charges on their end. Called hotels.com and they said it wasn’t them but they’d call the hotel. Ended up having to call our bank to take the charges off! Don’t stay here! They are thieves!

    Unfortunately it was a unkept property. Pot holes everywhere.. no ice bucket or coffee pot in room. I couldn’t figure out why they had security on the premises so I asked. It’s a place for homeless people to help get off the streets because of COVID-19.. only one way in and one way out..
