First room we were assigned was unacceptable, I had to return to the front desk and request another. There was mold in the shower along the door threshold, and around the drain. It appeared the bathroom floor has not been swept/cleaned prior to arrival. The air conditioning motor sounded like a thrashing machine, very loud and in need of service. And the room had an overall “musty” odor. The second room was cleaner, but the shower was in need of a deep cleaning, the caulking around the base has discolored due to mold, you can check it out, room 215. There was also a dirty dinner plate with food, left atop the microwave that the cleaning crew missed while servicing the room. Again, more mold in the floor tile grout.
