    This hostel is just about okay for one night only. We were in a box double room with fan which was very small and stuffy. Seemed our bedroom had an ensuite but this was locked as they clearly didn’t consider it worth maintaining. Only upside was breakfast included at the price, although not as impressive as other reviews make out.

    Lovely once you get there

    This probably would have scored higher, if we hadn’t have got to Austria’s to be told they had overbooked our first nights stay and so moved us to somewhere of nowhere near the same quality. After a long trip this didn’t make us very happy. This being said, when finally got to move to our room in Austria’s the following day we were very pleased with the room, the service and the breakfast. There is a good option for brekkie, and the front desk are so helpful with anything you need, from working out the local area to booking taxis and tours. Our room was comfortable and clean and, aside from the shower only having a cold setting which you grow to get used to, everything was great. WiFi was available throughout, although slightly intermittent in the rooms. Lovely to have common areas to sit and chill. All in all a great little place :)

    3 nights in Austria

    OK place to stay. Staff was friendly, room was a bit small, but this seems standard to El Nido town. Close to the beach and restaurants, next to ATM. There wasn’t hot water in the shower, and we had some ants in the room (we lived on ground level). Also, we stayed for 3 nights but no one came in to clean the room. We didn’t ask either though. WiFi and phone service didn’t work inside the room, which was annoying. But all in all an okay place to stay for a couple of nights. We didn’t try the breakfast so can’t say anything on it.

    It is close to the beach but not on the main street so is quiet at night.I stayed in a dorm room with curtains and good sized lockers. But as usual cold showers.I would come back if I returned.
