Virus precautions made us feel safe and did not impact too much on enjoyment of stay. Staff as usual were attentive and friendly. Room had received a make over and was spotless. Evening meal and breakfast thoroughly enjoyable. My wife and I have enjoyed many visits and will do so again very soon.

We loved our stay at The Jamaica Inn. What a lovely atmosphere the place had. The rooms were so cosy and very clean. The food in the restaurant was also lovely and the staff very friendlyand helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, coped very well with covid conditions

Jamaica Inn was one of the highlights of our trip to Cornwall. Its presentation both inside and out with its misty moorland view was what I had envisaged having read the book. The well-run museum, obliging staff, shop and decor made our stay one of the most memorable. Thank you.

The place is lovely. Staff were friendly but lack organisation. Waited over 15 mins outside to place our drinks order even though staff came out to give drinks to other tables. Also after we had eaten the plates were left for well over 20 mins on our table and we even placed a drinks order that was taken but the plates left. The place was busy but there was no reason things couldn’t of been dealt with more efficiently.

Friendly service from all staff. Clean and comfortable. Stayed in the old part and the room was lovely not a straight wall or floor in sight with a four poster bed - very comfortable. Something a bit different

Great place to stay, friendly staff, great food. Perfect location for visiting Cornwall, most places within hour and a half.

The welcome and charm of the inn. Staff where helpful and friendly. The inn was very clean and tidy I felt secure and safe regarding Covid .I would stay again .
