Pleased
Our street was part of the Mount Dora Art Festival, so it was blocked off. We could have asked the police officer to let us through the barrier and park on-site, but fortunately there was a space just outside the barrier, so it was easy to park. I saw a photo of the inn online, but this photo did not do the inn justice. It’s lovely. Our room has character with quaint wallpaper, wooden floors, and plenty of space. We were right in the mist of the festival, and we loved it!

Comfortable stay, great location, no frills
convenient location, walking distance to downtown. The room was clean and decor was ok, beds were comfortable. The exterior areas need a little work. Overgrown courtyard area looks quite shabby but mainly we enjoyed the ability to walk to dinner and shops and parking and check in were easy.

While the room was incredibly clean, bedding and pillows fresh, shower immaculate, some of the towels smelled like bacteria/mildew. I had to dry on a t-shirt. Room is plain with outdated decor which does not match the summery exterior. No breakfast, no manager on site, self check-in. Location just a few blocks from everything is a plus, though. Fine parking in back, no need to move the car throughout visit to the area.

The location is excellent and our room was very clean. The bed was also comfortable. The house is old so expect some quirks. That doesn’t normally bother us. We just felt the price should be reflective of that. It’s priced like a B&B but is without the breakfast part.

The Inn is nice and it’s convenient to downtown. The Wi-Fi is weak. The air conditioner is noisy and adjusting the shower temp was a little tricky. Everything else was fine. Mt. Dora is a delightful town with some very nice restaurants.
