Wait at reception and difficult to find

This hotel is behind a big closed door in a garden centre some way from the town. We arrived shortly after having made the booking for and were kept waiting by the woman in reception whilst she did her best to charge us more by saying the booking had been for one person (it had not) and then that the room she was giving us was more expensive than the one we had booked and we might have to pay more (we refused). As soon as I threatened to cancel the booking and leave she gave us the room. This was not a good reception. Otherwise it is not in a very good location being in a garden centre with no signs that we could see and not easy to find. The room was fine.
