Very nice stay
Nice hotel. Good size superior room with super king bed and balcony but looked onto car park and noisy road. I did wonder if it would be even noisier in the summer months. Great receptionists in Tejal and Sabrina who were very helpful with taxis as the hotel is a little far from St Peter Port but walkable in 25 minutes or so. Up hill on way back though. Lovely breakfast. Pool is great too. There were Christmas parties on in three areas both nights but this didn’t interfere with our stay. Bar staff friendly as well and we enjoyed watching the World Cup with them.

Location was good and complementary shuttle bus and island tour excellet. Food in Restaurant was good but service was variable. Room was soulless with strange layout poor lighting and in need of an update.

Great convenient hotel
Large, comfy room. Excellent location, convenient for the buses. It is a stiff hill down into town but we enjoyed the walk before and after dinner (we ate out most evenings.) Staff very friendly and printed our return bioarding passes with no bother. Huge breakfast choice.

My stay was for business.The hotel is well served by a bus route (virtually outside of it). It has very good facilities and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. The bistro restaurant was also very reasonably priced and the food was very good.
Would recommend this hotel if you were staying in Guernsey It's outside of St Peter Port and handy for the resorts of Pembroke Bay, Cobo Bay and Vezon bay

First class stay
The staff are excellent ! Very welcoming and attentive . The food was also excellent . We ate at the hotel every night . Very good breakfast too .
Comfortable beds .
The hotel is packed with old world charm .

Spacious and clean room. In-room fridge was pretty useless. Might want to think about upgrading them. Staff super helpful and polite.great breakfast and service. Room balcony was on front of hotel square so was a bit noisy at night with bar below. Could have done with some aircon in the room. It was very hot. But a good stay overall.

Everything was excellent. The only issue I had was my room 306 had the kitchen extractors positioned outside and during the hot weather it made a lot of noise and at 10pm I phoned reception to complain. Fortunately the kitchen was closing and the duty manager switched it off. Following this I had a wonderful nights sleep. The staff demonstrated their professional and attentive customer care at all times and this was the perfect example.
