This was my second stay at the facility - nevertheless just as the first one. The receptionist said we received an “upgrade” to my room however the room was standard, without a balcony or a SMART TV. The floors were stained and the bathrobes were old and with holes in them. The breakfast was below average with dirty tables and zero customer service.

Excellent Breakfast
Usually, Romanian hotels offer quite limited variety on breakfast buffet. However, the Hotel Rina was offering extended and tasteful breakfast which is very rare case in Romania. Hotel Room was quite good, bath room was clean. Staff was very helpful. Only minus was Sauna and Spa facility was extra cost even for Hotel guest, even though it was quite affordable price.

Modern hotel with helpful staff in good location
Staff were able to arrange a transfer to airport fr $70 or so, which was great. Breakfast was huge, but not my favorite. My room was recently remodeled and had a great view of the mountain, so that was very nice. Good location. Can't think of anything to complain of....
