Aircon problem stress us up!
The place & ambiance is good, food is great, cleanliness and the place is superb! Nothing to complain except for the 2 aircons broken. 2 2 nights of no cold aircon its broken! But they did transfer us to a better and colder room after we get mad and complain. The off part is instead of offering us 4 fans so we will feel comfortable and cold they should have told us they will transfer us right away....if i didn’t complain and get mad with them they wont transfer us. Staff should be trained well in case these things happened again. Offer your guest the best you can give cause guest paid for their stay.
