Very poor communication. Got a message in French on how to check in after hours. Requested the have that message sent in English, but no reply, so we had struggled to find location, the key codes, the boxes which had the room key in.
It’s a Uni campus, very complicated to get to, to check in and when speaking to other travellers/customers, they found the whole check in process very difficult.
Do not recommend, unless you like a challenge.
