the location of the hotel is good which is inside the airport. they have two blocks. one is right inside the airport and the other block is next to the main building but already left out of the security check gate. i strongly requested need a room inside the main block. but the staff ignore me just keep force me to the outside block building. And i heard that the main block still have rooms from their other staff. Some of the staff is very poor service. besides, they will suddenly call you at 11:30pm to remind you need to check out at next day 12noon. crazy service.

Nice convenient option. Free breakfast. I arrived from Paris with a domestic flight the next day, so although the check in was pretty easy, i did have to walk to the next building with my suitcases ,not a problem but a little of nuisance with 2 suitcases and imagine if it's raining. Staff was very friendly, and thanks to Guddoo Kumar for walking me and my suitcases to the domestic departure the next morning

I will stay again for the convenience.
Breakfast was terrible. Bread was ver dry cleanliness was very poor poha, upma were tasteless. Dhosa was thicker than paratha. Didn’t try dhokla, idly was good. Rest of the items I didn’t try. I don’t think management cares as people stay there for convenience. Needs to improve cleanliness and food. Comfort wise beds are good.

Great hotel.
Reception staff sullen and uninterested at time of our check-in. Porters were friendly and helpful. Hotel & room very clean and presentable in good condition and perfect for purpose. A restful night in a (surprisingly) quiet hotel, with great facilities.

Needs improvement
No warm water for a shower - bad when you are trying to freshen up after a long trip before getting a few hrs of shuteye. WiFi seemed to also be glitchy. Profuse to apologize but not much action. Reasonable breakfast spread.

Awkward to get to. Was dropped off at airport terminal which you can’t get access to if you are early, which we were, hence the need for hotel. To get access to hotel we had to cross busy road to separate building go down four levels,cross back below to where we were, find hotel and go through security/visa/passport checks. Room was basic,decent bed, walls were quite thin so a bit noisy,lunch in restaurant was very good and cooked to order. I would not have paid the original asking price of £300 so glad there was 2/3 rds discount.
