Good Break.
Excellent place to stay for exploring Bodmin Moor. Weather was not good but that didn't matter. Everyone we met were friendly and helpful.

Had to ring the owner to find out the code for the key cabinet. The apartment was well equipped, the rooms a good size the beds comfortable. The only negative was no free wifi although it was available for an additional fee. I would recommend this to accommodation.

Nice place!
Very nice apartment and well priced! It was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay in Launceston and touring the local sites. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the main town center and worked out great for us as we enjoy walking. It was great to have the onsite parking, it made things nice and easy for us. It took us a few minutes to figure out if we where at the correct place because we didn't have the house number on our phone for some reason. And also took some time to check in because the phone number on hotels.com was incorrect. Once we found the correct phone number in an email everything went quickly and smooth. It was nice to just check in via phone and everything went very quickly.

Nice apartment, shame about internal noise.
Comfortable place, but too noisy. Flat above you could here everything, sounded like an elephant walking about, could not relax on an evening.
