The B&B in Verona was outstanding, from the daily custom order breakfast to the Vince wince of location. A suite with a comfortable bed, fantastic air conditioning and a sitting room for breakfast compliment our quaint stay at one of Italy’s romantic getaway cities.

Excellent location for exploring the sites in Verona and the restaurants. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Breakfast is served to the room instead of in a dining room. Special thanks to Magda who checked us in and made our breakfast.

Amazing Bed and Pillows. Stayed in the sweet which gives you the entire top floor and a view of the castle to wake up to. Highly recommended. Great staff, location and great room.

We had a great stay in Verona except for one night when the people upstairs were loud til 5am. Management was great and talked to them first thing in the morning. Otherwise great. Good location, walk everywhere and lots of restaurants. The staff was fabulous.

Love this place. Perfectly situated near shops and restaurants. Comfortable and cozy rooms. Wonderful staff and the owner is your personal tour guide. We definitely want to stay at the Relais on our return to Verona.

We are very pleased with our stay. The room was decorated tastefully and very pleasant. It is only minutes walking to most of tourist attractions. The check in was smooth and very welcoming. Many restaurants near the hotel. We were able to park onsite with prior arrangement.

A charmng hotel with excellent location right next to the Ponte Pietro bridge. The rooms are individual as the building is very old. Our room was beautifully renovated. Bed was good and plus points for the bathtub (though hot water was limited). Only minuses come from lousy soundproofing (we could hear the next door neighbours talking with a normal voice), the fact that we didn’t receive parking info even though I asked for it three times (there is no parking for the hotel even though the info suggests that ut’s available) and that the breakfast had no vegan options (vegetarian means cheese). The room delivery of the breakfast was though nice. The staff was friendly though I assume that there was some language barrier.

Breakfast delivered to the room was incredible, our room was amazing and clean, and the owner made our stay here feel so special! The hotel is in a great location, right by the bridge and Verona sites without being too busy. The area felt quaint and was exactly what I was hoping for.

Ivano is a treasure! Friendly, welcoming - couldn’t be more helpful! The room was a bit small and dark, but this is an historic building in the old part of town…. And the breakfast (which Ivano brings to your room!) is copious and delicious

Ivano es un excelente anfitrión, es muy amable y atento y en todo momento procuro nuestro comodidad y confort. Nos explicó muy bien y recomendó que lugares visitar y su servicio de desayuno estivo de 100. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en Relais a Ponte Pietra.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing! We were checked in by the friendliest, most helpful host, and were so impressed with the room. We had the suite the first night, and a regular room for two nights. Both were incredible and breathtaking. I almost cried. Verona is a charming, walkable city with a lot to see. You can easily do day trips from here too.
