Nice and close to the airport with a couple bars nearby. Good for a night or two.

No one there!!!! I had to find a different hotel! Do not use tgis place!!!!! The Hu hotel down the road!

Centrally located in the heart of the business district. Eateries nearby, eadt to/from airport. No reception desk. The guy who picks you up from the airport takes you to the room. Thats it. If you need info on what's around to do, you're SOL. Electric kettle, no instant coffee or tea provided. Small convenient store on ground floor but, does not open until 10:00 or so. Lol. We walked a few blocks and finally found an open coffee shop. Ok for a night or two en-route to your final destination.

The Manager, "Mr. Ironman", was very nice and pleasant. Very hands-on and you can be sure that he's available when you need him. We arrived very early but he replied immediately when we asked to be picked up from the airport. He showed us some important landmarks so we wont get lost when we get out to explore our surroundings. His place is neat and clean and there were big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash for use. Be sure to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste though. All in all, our stay there was satisfactory and worth the price we paid.

I just needed a hotel for one night and i was looking for a hotel near to the airport with a free shuttle. The gentleman that picked me up at the airport was a nice man, but I had to transfer to Terminal 1 for the pickup, having arrived at Terminal 2. He explained many things to me in transit to the hotel. He took me directly to my room and explained about the heat, lights, etc. The room was basic, but it was clean and what I needed!!! The shuttle back to the airport was a free shuttle bus that picks up right outside the hotel and it goes to Terminal 1 & 2.

I'm not impressed with the overall service. The owner did not explain the accomodation in a proper manner.

Excellent pick-up and drop-off service from airport. Large and clean room. It even had a massage chair which is definitely a plus for travellers weary from a long flight. The room had three beds large enough to accommodate 6 adults. There were 6 towels provided but only two were large sized with the other four medium sized. Toothbrushes, slippers and other toiletries are also provided. The building has restos and a convenience store on the first floor. Will definitely recommend for an overnight stay in Incheon.

I booked a room at 11:30pm by mistake for the same day. It was my mistake I agree. I immediately contacted the staff who told me that they may not give a refund as they could have rent the room after my booking (the booking close at 12, so: between 11:30 and 12). Then they told me they'll come back to me the next day. Never did. It was my mistake, but the way the managed was far from good.
