巴拿馬城海灘溫德姆俱樂部飯店 (Club Wyndham Panama City Beach)

The reservation description said there was a washer and dryer in the room, there was not and my wife was hoping to do some laundry. She felt it was false advertising. Everything else was good.

When I booked the stay I was not made aware that this was a time share property. I would not have made the reservation had I have known that. The pressure to attend a sales presentation almost ruined the vacation. The accommodations were pleasant though and the pool and hot tub were well maintained. The room was about what I had expected: a small kitchen/dining area in a hotel-like room.

We were on the 17th floor of building 3. It was quite the ordeal just to get from parking garage or lobby to room. The exceptionally slow elevators didn’t help. Our room was adequate but looked nothing like what is shown online. Was drab, dated and not sparkly clean like I expect. I would stay again if I didn’t have a better option but don’t foresee it. Also didn’t realize there would be no housekeeping. Was nice to have laundry in room.

First, I must say the whole stay was beautiful. Their guest service employee Sky mad it even more delightful, her knowing we just got married she had a bottle of champagne and box of chocolates sent up to our room congratulating us on our marriage. The sight from the room was breathtaking. I would definitely by far go there again.

Beautiful sunset view from balcony. Hotel staff were great. What I didn’t like was the Time Share pressure they gave me at check in. They tell you will receive a wonderful gift for attending. I set up the appointment and cancelled the day of as we wanted to enjoy our last day at the beach. When you read all the fine print, it isn’t quite what they tell you.

The condo was spacious, clean and had amazing view overlooking the ocean! But the building was old and the area was just ok. Check in started our stay off on the wrong foot... we called ahead to see when the room would be ready because we arrived before the 4pm check in. Were told they couldn't give out info over the phone for "security reasons" so we had to go to the hotel to pre-check in... they still had no other information other than the room wasnt ready and they would call when we could come back to check in again... we didn't get in to room until well after 5pm (and checkout was at 10am). Also as part of check in they make you listen to a sales pitch and try to get you to sit for another 90 minute sales pitch as part of check in.

This place was very mixed for me. Killer views , being on the beach and watching the sunset from the balcony was extremely nice. However, the front desk was extremely extremely pushy about attending one of their time share seminars. We had no option but to say yes, and ended up not going because we wanted to enjoy out vacation. The elevators are extremely slow or broken. We had to walk what felt like a mile from where we could park to our room, with all of our heavy bags, because there were no carts available. You would think a fancy hotel would have someone to help you with this. The room itself, I’m glad I was able to have some extra space, and was comfortable with the amazing views. Again however, the room was dirty. The floor was full of sand, smudge marks all over doors and chairs. There was even a sign in the kitchen that said something like “kitchen items have not been cleaned according to fda Covid standards”. Which...is king of weird during these times. That means the entire room was not sanitized. I honestly would not stay there again. I would rather stay in a smaller hotel room that was sanitized.

Had to wait to check in. Check in time was at 4pm But couldn't check in until around 7pm. Other than that it was a great stay. I will be returning in the near future.

Great enjoy every minute!

We had a great time at Wyndham Vacation Resort. Only thing we did not like was the foul smell of sewage throughout the elevator area. We were not bothered by any timeshare people, most likely due to the coronavirus! The condo was very clean, and the view was amazing.
