Nice friendly vibe
Never heard of EC before but a friend recommended it and it had great ratings. We were greeted by Emily who was super friendly and had a very positive demeanor. We spent some time at the pool during happy hour chatting with Pete, one of the owners, who was also very nice. It was mostly gay but without all the frisky tension; people tended to be more relaxed and friendly and kept their clothes on, which we appreciated. So it’s not “that kind of place.” There were a lot of really nice decor details in the room. A great find!

A comfortable friendly small hotel
The best thing about the stay was the peace and quiet. No loud pool music! Plus the hotel is on a quiet side road. The room was spacious and well-equipped- even a bathroom night light which most hotels forget. The windows opened too, so we could enjoy some fresh desert air if we wanted to. We were at pool level and still had a view of the mountains. The only suggestion? Maybe some multigrain options for breakfast? Otherwise the breakfast was great too.

This was a pretty surprising stay for me. Kathy texted me right when my plane landed asking when I was due to arrive, and upon my arrival she had written my name on my keys for the room. very nice customization on her part. agreeing with the other reviews - yes, the sheets were soft. the beds were firm, but not uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were pretty amazing and the ambient music added to the state of relaxation. and Kathy was an awesome host. the included in-room water bottles and morning breakfast were a nice touch too.

Intimate setting and very relaxing
We booked this last minute, 9:00pm, and the instruction to check in late were straight forward. The courtyard is cute & intimate around the pool. Our room was large and clean, comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. I would stay here again!!

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had visiting Palm Springs. The lady working at the front, Kathy, is the sweetest and genuinely seems to take pride in her job. The hotel is very quaint, and perfect for a quiet getaway. Our room was also very clean, with the greatest amenities. We will definitely be going back again!
