Great hotel. It would have been helpful to know they are now the “Days Inn” as I drove around for a bit looking for the “Prince Albert Inn”. Two negatives were: the wifi was terrible & no continental breakfast was offered. Otherwise, great hotel with super friendly staff.

Good job, they were good to us. Amazing housekeeping staff... they work very hard and always had a smile for us. Front desk also good. Only one front desk staff talk too fast and didn't listen before getting my full question. Anyway that's nothing. Just nice to not feel rushed when I had question, etc. Lobby could have been better cleaned. The hotel restaurant was great! Nice staff great food. And best news..it's a Wyndham now!

Appreciated requirement of key cards to enter side doors/stairwells. Did have to get keys reset but staff at front desk were excellent (check-in, reset, bands for pool). Some other customers were not considerate at midnight in the hallway.

Hothub had a brown streak, and was bubbly like it had soap in it. Pool attendant came over and just shrugged it off saying I probably wouldn’t use it. Water slide light was also broken to tell you when the next person could go. Reception and security were friendly!

Short sheeted

Check in was good. The rug gad not been vacummed night table had sticky spots and there was no bottom sheet on the bed. I calked for service and they asked me to come down and get it from the front desk as there was no housekeeping staff. When I checked in there were three people at the desk. I asked them to bring ut up to me which they did. However the room and amenities were comfortable. I know its still covid effects but I was tired...

Cramped,ugly,smelly hotel with a beautiful lobby.

The Lobby was very nice but it's just the lip stick on a very ugly hotel. The hallways were really cramped and the whole place had a smokey smell. My room was Non-Smoking but you could sure tell people smoked in it anyway. The roof in the bathroom was a suspended ceiling. That is not fire coded in any way. The pool was dirty with food floating around in it and to gain access you had to come have someone open the door, instead of a simple key card access. All in all I've stayed here twice, the 1st time and the last.

Awful stay. Stayed twice before and it was a lot better. First off the man checking us in was rude and seemed so annoyed doing his job. Not very welcoming. We get to our room and one bed is completely slanted and SO loud and creaky. I requested a different room and they sent a ‘security’ guard to come inspect to bed and that we could probably get switched to the third floor. She comes and makes the bed worse and sees no problem and totally dismissed the fact the bed is so crooked let alone loud. I had a 3 month old and a 18 month old with me hence why I didn’t want the bed keeping up. I called back down and suddenly they’re ‘full house’ and there’s no room to switch us to. But when I checked my expedia app there was still rooms available!!! Total scam and I’m so disappointed I thought this hotel was so much more accommodating before but after this visit we will not be back.
