When I saw the room map on Expedia, I booked a room with two beds on,But when I picked it up, The gave me a tatami room instead I booked. Fortunately, I already had a capture a picture what I booked. So I ask for change, they say NO. They said this is wrong pic, I actually booked tatami room.
