The facility of is hotel style apartment is quite good, the No. 6 MTR is within walking distance, around 10 minutes. The surrounding is quite and nice, there is a shopping area just across the street. However, the staff there is rude and impolite. /1It was raining on the second day, we went to reception for borrowing an umbrella. They asked for deposit $50, I gave them $100 and they told me they didn't have change and asked me to just leave them $100 and would return me back when I gave back the umbrella, but they didn't write this on their paper record. So, I refused. Finally, they let me have the umbrella without any deposit. Later, we found the umbrella could not be close, so we went back and asked to change another one. The staff there told my husband:'Just let it be, anyway, you only borrow one day..." Isn't it 'amazing'? Of course, several days later, when I returned the umbrella, another staff tried to return me deposit:) 2) There was a staff called Cathy, she is rude and impolite. On 1st CNY morning, we on way to breakfast, we dropped by her desk and ask her to give us the breakfast tickets for next 6 days (we extended our stay). Their breakfast service closes sharply on 10 am. So, I asked her if we can pick up later after breakfast and she agreed. When I went to pick up the tickets, she shrew the tickets to me and the tickets slip on the ground, right in front of my feet... I picket it up, though Ms Cathy said sorry... is it appropriate conduct to a customer ? 3)
