Convenient and bargain stay
The room is quite large compared with usual hotel rooms. It can comfortably accommodate a group of 3 for sure. The open kitchen area is handy for bringing fruits and takeaway food back to enjoy, but no microwave oven available (one would be nice). Air-conditioning works well and bedsheets are clean.
The toilet is spacious and has a basic, functional shower. There were a lack of toilet paper upon arrival, and the owner proactively offered to refill soon afterward. I spotted one or two insects passed by the floor, but only once and fortunately they did not actually run into me.
The key card on the only key is needed to power the room. So no battery charging while we left the room.
The property is conveniently positioned right at city centre, a minute from the city bus and few minutes more from the central market and most museums. Even so it felt quiet and comfortable.
Check-in and out was smooth. We did not have a local phone number, and we were able to use Skype then WhatsApp to communicate.
