This was our second stay after one year. Our first visit had been a true five-star experience, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, this second stay was a disappointment. The room was only “so-called” clean — housekeeping came just once in five days, and we even found garbage left under the bed from previous guests.
As feedback, I would strongly suggest reviewing or changing the third-party cleaning service contract, as this seriously affects the overall guest experience.
