Didn’t stay! Couldn’t travel due to national lockdown so hotel wasn’t even open and they refused refund!!! Appalling

I enjoyed staying at this hotel that i booked another stay. Evening meals are good value for money and well prepared.

Good low cost accommodation, basic but clean, so all that was required for a early morning departure

In all it was good just that the pillow was too hard and really struggled to sleep . That was the only downside for me It was a great place to be and staff were so friendly and I will surely lodge there on my next trip to Scotland

Our stay was good, we only stayed overnight, but staff was very helpful and pleasant. We booked breakfast that was limited but nice. Rooms were small but enough for our short stay and lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again. Great value

Friendly and welcoming staff upon arrival, very Covid friendly which is reassuring considering the circumstances. The room had everything I needed for my stay, compact and comfortable. Very impressed with the breakfast selection to. All the staff that I met during my stay were polite and smiling, you can tell even under a mask. I’d come back again, value for your money

This is the first time we have used Ibis Budget and I cannot fault it, it was clean, the staff were helpful and the breakfast lovely. The location was ideal for us to travel by tram into Edinburg, will definitely stay again.

Modest, clean, comfortable. Perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.
