Wasn’t clean or up to date. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Booked a room, only to show up to the hotel and they told me they have no availability. How can you book a room, in a hotel, in the middle of a blizzard, in the middle of a pandemic, and the hotel has no rooms available?

Cleanliness is next to Godliness and this place ain't got a spot in Heaven. Obvious stains on the sheets where they truly have not been changed. Hairs in the bathroom. I guess the pandemic has really put a damper in the hospitality industry because the standards have really dipped. I get it though. I would stay again because the price is right but i would just bring my own cleanig supplies and make it to my liking. Not a terrible location at all. Price is right. P.S. if you are looking for more space pay for the corner room.

Stayed there for a total of ten days. Service was good but everything else was subpar. No microwave or fridge. Had to go to 7-Eleven for ice every night. So much that the clerks recognized me from coming in so much.

Best check in EVER :) husband and I due to covid haven’t been able to go out, so it was super nice to have such a great experience at check in for our little staycation. Thank you so much for making our stay feel special

My ten night stay at the Four Point by Sheraton New York Downtown was mediocre. There is no refrigerator available in the room. I’ve been to hotels in the Midwest and I've always noticed a mini refrigerator. We had requested for one since we will be staying for a long period and would have like a unit to store our leftovers and beverages. If you need to heat up some food, a microwave is available in the front desk! I originally booked a two bedroom hotel, but requested a change of room because there was dog fur present and the bed sheets were not clean. We were given a bigger room but with one king size bed. Fortunately my best friend and I are comfortable with sleeping in the same bed, although a two full size bed room would have been nicer. Every time we addressed something to front desk we felt ignored, not to mention we had to use our cellphone to contact front desk because our hotel phone was broken. It had taken a couple of request to have our room some housekeeping. I had to wait until I heard housekeeping on the hall way to get some fresh towels. Overall my stay at the hotel was not the best but fortunately my best friend and I were busy running the streets of NYC which was the highlight of our trip.

Service and cleanliness was good but lacked certain amenities. It would've been nice to know a refrigerator nor microwave wouldn't be available in the room. Especially being there for at least 10 days. Mattress wasn't comfortable at all and constantly woke up with an aching back. Housekeeping kept room serviced when needed and front desk was very accommodating given the covid restrictions

The room was nothing like it looked on your the app and The 1 light fixture was broken in the room the ice machine was out of order

The service was great and the cleanliness of the room. The room was exceptionally cold the whole night. I tried to adjust the heat but it just kept blasting cold air throughout the night.
