Vacaciones familiares. Puro adulto. Agosto 2025

Nos encanto el hotel. Superó nuestras expectativas. Festejaron mucho a nuestra dos cumpleañeras. La comida del buffet muuy buena a cualquier hora. El restaurant que más disfrutamos fue el japonés por comida y servicio; seguido de la mesa Habachi el francés y el Maris. Dolce y Wrap tmb. El que de plano tienen que cambiar es el mexicano. El personal no está capacitado, la comida realmente es mala y los extranjeros se llevan una mala impresión. Pero fue lo único malito de la estancia. Bebidas muy bien y servicio excelente Un detalle importante es que debido al delfinario y el muelle, el sargazo se estanca y se queda en el agua en vez de salir a la orilla. Playas a los lados del hotel están más claras.

The food/dining staff was exceptional. I didn't rate it a 5 star because I wish there were more dining options, however, the few that are available offer exceptional service. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

We used Mexico Travel Solutions to pick us up from the airport and take us back to the airport. We had to wait about 40 minutes to get transported to the resort. Shuttle service was early waiting at the resort when we left, we used the shared shuttle. The resort was great. The beach could have been improved, there was alot of seaweed on the beach throughout our stay. Restaurants were good including the buffet. Rooms were big and nice. Overall great resort, we did not travel with children, but we felt resort was very kid friendly with lots of activities for children.

A Deep Decline in Quality – Our Worst Dreams Stay Yet After many pleasant stays at Dreams Resorts, our recent experience post-Hyatt acquisition was a letdown, especially on my 40th birthday. While the rooms remained clean and spacious, most staff appeared indifferent, and the overall experience was disappointing. Key Issues: 1. Lack of Poolside Food Service: A major oversight for a five-star resort, requiring inconvenient walks to the buffet or restaurants, especially with young children. 2. Poor Food Quality: Expectations were already low for all-inclusive dining, but the food was often bland or inedible, with long room service waits. 3. Misleading Views: The coveted ocean views in the lobby did not translate to restaurant locations, forcing us to dine indoors away from the scenery. 4. Unsafe Water Slides: Our daughters sustained injuries due to poorly designed splash areas, making them hesitant to enjoy the facilities. 5. Dirty Pools: The pools were poorly maintained; water was often cloudy, and there were hygiene issues noted by guests. 6. Deceptive Timeshare Offers: Timeshare pitches promised "preferred" areas which were disappointing and poorly maintained. 7. Excessive Noise: Loud music from events disrupted our evenings, making rest nearly impossible. 8. Unsafe Excursions: A snorkeling tour organized by the resort posed safety risks, with strong currents endangering guests. In summary, what was once a reliable choice for family vacations has sharply declined

Everyone was wonderful! My husband lost his nice sunglasses at the airport and concierge helped him find a new pair that wasn’t 300. The kids area was perfect for my kids. We have a 3, 4, and 6 year old. Honestly, plan to book again which I never like to do to experience something new, but it actual gave me a break as a mom.

Staff and service was great. Food was pretty good, not the best but there were a lot of good options. Hibachi/Fusion, seafood, and Mexican restaurants were the best. Did not try the French restaurant. The buffet was about what you would expect, but always had things that everyone liked. The property was a bit worn in a few places but it was made up for in cleanliness and service. Housekeeping was great in the room, they seemed to come by a couple times a day and always left the room very nice. We got the cheapest room but it was still very nice, it had everything we needed and a decent sized bathroom and shower. The pools were okay, the water level was a little low for some reason. There were enough pools that it never felt too crowded. The slides and lazy river were a big hit. Kids loved the smoothie bar and the lazy river was very relaxing. The beach was okay, not perfect but much better than riviera maya. You can actually enjoy the beach here. There were some spots with very little seaweed and clear water, but varied day by day. We did spend a couple hours each day at the beach, the beach bars were very convenient. The nightly shows were great and were enjoyed by both the kids and parents. Convenient location, about 45 minutes from the airport, and very close to excursions for Isla Mujeres. Water and beach area was nicer than the riviera maya area. The area felt very safe and secluded. I would recommend this resort to families with kids of all ages.

The facilities and dinning were great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed dinning in different restaurants every night. The food was outstanding. Lounging by the many pools and swim up bars were great. Romantic dinner on the beach was a great date night too.

Dreams Playa Mujeres had everything and more for a multi generational family trip we took. The facilities were fantastic and clean. Drink service continuous regardless of where you were. The food was 8/10. The beach was 8/10. There is a lot of walking because this is a big resort, so be prepared for that. Overall, I would recommend this resort again and again.

Wouldn’t return. Too many things need to be fixed. Had some great service from some workers, then some workers did absolutely nothing but ignore things. Food was ok. Places said open, most were closed while we visited. Kids club wasn’t planned out good at all your younger teens were with toddlers. Didn’t even use clubs due to them not wanting to do the baby things. Needs improvement with age appropriate things…. We had an ok time, just wouldn’t ever return.
