Poor value for money, front desk did not supply any information about the hotel. Won’t come back here expensive for what it is outdated

My booked room was changed and they tried to charge me more then the reserved price. Room was okay. Heater and fridge making unusual loud noises.

We satisfied our stay, we always choose this hotel every time we went to edmonton., it’s like our second home.

The bathroom was old and fixtures could use update. Bed was comfortable. The heater was a little nosy though.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, our room was clean , location convenient, restaurant onsite, lots of parking space. Had not stayed there before but will return. For the price it’s an excellent choice.

Room wasn’t clean to usual standard hotel rooms. Baseboards were dirty and was reluctant to use anything in the kitchen.

Friendly helpful staff. Bathrooms could be a little bit cleaner

It was the first day open since Covid so they still needed to get things functional. Restaurant had limited food for take out. Exercise room still closed. Not their fault.

Not bad for a night but building could use a little TLC

Did not like that the lounge was not open but nearby pubs were all open.
