A hidden gem!
This was such a beautiful place to stay, Peter and Nina were beyond amazing hosts to all of us that stayed there. We also loved our room so too. We'll definitely coming back here next time we're in Taupo.

Don't miss out on this gem
Wow - this place was a great find! The location was quiet and secluded. The room was well furnished (seemed like it had recently been renovated with good finishes and care). The fridge was stocked with complimentary food and wine. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly - you feel as if you are visiting family. A really lovely place to stay!

This is a very upscale B&B. Our guest and private bathrooms were large and beautifully appointed. The view from the balcony was great. The chalet was a peaceful haven from all the activities going on in Taupo the weekend we were there.
The hosts were very gracious and breakfast was superb.
The only downside was the distance from the nearest restaurant.

The property is in a beautiful location overlooking the lake and distant mountains. The accommodation was of the highest quality with a relaxing and spacious upstairs lounge with spectacular views. The owners were very welcoming and very helpful in advising choices of activities in the area.
We dined in one evening and we were presented with a fine 3 course meal with wine. We would recommend that option.
Breakfasts were exceptional too.
An exceptional place to stay at Lake Taupo.
